Andrea graduated from Lincoln Christian College in 2002 with a double-major of Elementary Education and the Bible. One week later she married her husband Nathan, and they attended their first service at CrossWay Christian Church in July of that same year. Andrea and Nathan both have a passion to support and serve CrossWay in every way possible, and Andrea spends the bulk of her energies serving the children of CrossWay. Although Andrea found great fulfillment in her past experience in the public schools of Nashua and her 4-year career as an adjunct English professor at Southern New Hampshire University, she jumped at the chance to join the staff of CrossWay to contribute more fully to God's work in Nashua. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her two children Aidan and Braelyn, reading and connecting in community.

Nathan Andris grew up on a thousand-acre farm in eastern Illinois where he learned a lot about the value of hard work, faith and family. A graduate of Lincoln Christian College, he felt God’s leading to settle in New Hampshire to help new churches in the area, while pursuing a teaching career in Mathematics. CrossWay was the first church the Andris’ attended after arriving in New Hampshire. After a time, Nathan was asked to join CrossWay’s finance team and eventually became the finance team leader. In July of 2011, Nathan joined the CrossWay staff as its first Administrative Pastor - a role he is so thankful to fill. More than anything else, Nathan enjoys spending time with family. Nathan and Andrea have two children, Aidan and Braelyn.

Tim and his family were warmly welcomed when they first came to CrossWay in 1997. Tim was working in the business world at the time and was familiar with the challenges of raising a family affected by disability. Several years later God called Tim to full-time ministry and he joined the CrossWay staff in 2004. Tim is passionate about CrossWay’s mission to bring living hope to broken people through a growing relationship with Jesus, and he considers it a privilege to minister and serve people of all abilities and disabilities. Tim loves spending time with his wife Joan and son Pete, and enjoys being outdoors in God’s creation.

Originally from the Midwest, Phil came to New England in 2003 to do a summer long youth ministry internship in Brandon, VT. In 2004, he took on a resident leadership role at EastPointe Christian Church in Portland, ME and eventually joined the launch team for Reunion Church in Boston, MA. Phil served as Reunion’s Director of Community and Generosity for nearly 6 years before moving to Nashua. Being passionate about bringing living hope to broken people through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ made it pretty easy for the McArdles to link arms with CrossWay! Born & raised in Cincinnati OH, Graham helped with several church plants in North Carolina and Tennessee, serving in worship arts and youth ministry roles. His heart thrives in church plants, wanting to reach those who are lost and in need of the hope and love of Jesus. After graduating from Johnson University in May 2012, Graham did a year long residency at CrossWay helping to launch the 2ndsite. He became the full time Worship Arts Pastor for the Downtown Campus in June 2013, overseeing all aspects of the creative element for the Downtown Campus including leading, facilitating, and organizing the worship, media, and technical teams. Graham’s goal for the Downtown Worship Arts Ministry is to fuse together various artistic elements to create new frames around the picture of Jesus who we value above all things. Besides playing guitar and writing music, Graham loves playing sports, CrossFitting, and doing anything outdoors. His life verse is Philippians 4:6-7: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Jim has been a pastor of student ministries for more than 10 years. He and his wife Terri have served on staff at churches in NY since they have been married in 1994. In 2002, as their family grew to six people, they decided to take some time away from the ministry to spend on raising their four children. Now that two of their four children are middle school age, they have decided that it is time to focus on full time ministry again. Jim and Terri and their family have attended Crossway since they left the ministry in 2002 and moved to New Hampshire from New York. They have been involved in many of the ministries that Crossway provides including life groups, worship team, tech team, etc. Jim is most happy and blessed to be where he feels his heart beats the strongest... as a pastor of student ministries!
