Having grown up in east Tennessee, Ron attended Milligan College where he met his wife, Stacey. They married in 1988 and have three children: Brennan, Dallas, and Marlee. Ron came to Crossway in October of 2001 after serving at a church in Louisville, KY for 12 years. He is honored to serve as lead pastor at Crossway and firmly believes God has great plans for this church. A life-long learner and avid reader, Ron has a Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. In addition to spending time with his family, Ron enjoys cheering for the Red Sox and an occasional round of golf.

Born in Portland, Oregon, Jacob’s family moved to East, Tennessee in 2003. He called Tennessee home for 10 years before moving to New England in January, 2014. Jacob is a Milligan College graduate, working in management for Chick-Fil-A while attending school. Jacob played tennis for his high school & in college. Besides being an avid Oregon Ducks football fan, he enjoys everything Sci-Fi & Fantasy, including Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings. Lauren was born and raised in Springboro, Ohio where she grew up surrounded by music, thanks to her parents who shared music with her from a young age. She graduated from Milligan College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and minors in Bible and Psychology. She met her husband, Jacob, at Milligan; they were married in June 2012. Lauren and Jacob moved to Nashua when Jacob was hired as the Student Pastor for Crossway - an opportunity they were both so excited to have! Lauren enjoyed serving on the Worship Arts Team for Crossway and was overjoyed with the opportunity to join the staff at the Milford Campus in February 2015. Andrea graduated from Lincoln Christian College in 2002 majoring in Elementary Education and Bible. One week later she married Nathan and they attended their first service at Crossway Christian Church in July of that same year. Although Andrea found great fulfillment in her past experience in the public schools and as an adjunct English professor at Southern New Hampshire University, she jumped at the chance to join the staff of CrossWay to contribute more fully to God's work in Nashua. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her two children Aidan and Braelyn, reading and connecting in community.

Nathan Andris grew up on a thousand-acre farm in eastern Illinois where he learned a lot about the value of hard work, faith and family. A graduate of Lincoln Christian College, he felt God’s leading to settle in New Hampshire to help new churches in the area, while pursuing a teaching career in Mathematics. Crossway was the first church the Andris’ attended after arriving in New Hampshire. In July of 2011, Nathan joined the Crossway staff. He loves being outdoors and participating in most sports, especially a pick-up game of basketball. More than anything else, Nathan enjoys spending time with family. Nathan and Andrea have two children, Aidan and Braelyn.

In December 2007, Jerry and his wife, Jody, came to Crossway seeking a young, vibrant church focusing on the teachings of the Bible. The love & support Jerry received from his friends at Crossway during Jody's battle with cancer & after her passing inspired him to commit his future to working for God's kingdom. Jerry brings 40 years of experience in the computer & telecommunications industries, as well as 14 years as a consultant in business management & regulatory compliance, to his role. In addition, Jerry serves in First Impressions at the Pond Campus, co-leads a Small Group, and serves as a Small Group Coach. He has 4 wonderful children, 9 amazing grandchildren and 2 adorable great-grandchildren. Jerry remarried in 2015; he and his bride, Joyce, reside in Hollis, NH.

In May of 2016, Evan graduated from Johnson University with a B.S in Audio Production. He & his beautiful wife, Liz, are greatly enjoying the beauty of New England and the culture & fellowship of Crossway. Vinny and his wife Valerie have been a part of the ministry at Crossway since arriving in New Hampshire in August 2014. After living in several states in the eastern part of the US, Vinny is happy to be close to his home, Connecticut. Upon graduating from Gordon-Conwell Seminary in 1983 with a concentration in pastoral care Vinny has been involved in a variety of ministries including counseling and prison chaplaincy. He is currently a hospice chaplain serving in southern New Hampshire. Vinny also enjoys traveling to Kenya as an evangelist with his “Finding Real Freedom Ministry” team preaching in churches, prisons and on university campuses. In his spare time Vinny loves to go cycling and enjoys gym workouts with Valerie.

Melissa was born and raised in Aurora IL. In 1992, she married Rob, the only man who laughed at her jokes and, in 1994, they began their grand adventure by moving to Massachusetts. After working in retail management for 20 years, Melissa took time off to start a family in 2002. For the last 4 years, she was a Community Event Manager for the American Cancer Society. She discovered a passion for serving in children’s ministry when the Kosman family moved back to Illinois in 2005. Soon after returning to Massachusetts in 2009, they made Crossway their church home, feeling called to serve when the Downtown campus was launched. Melissa, Rob and their two incredible children, Madeline & Mason, all volunteer in ministry across all three Crossway campuses. Tim and his family were warmly welcomed when they first arrived at Crossway in 1997. Tim was working in business at the time and familiar with the challenges of raising a family affected by disability. Several years later God called Tim to full-time ministry; he joined the Crossway staff team in 2004. Debbie attended Bible College in Maine and graduated in 1989 with a degree in Missions and Theology. After graduating, she itinerated throughout New England to raise funds and support for a 1-year missions trip to Paraguay, South America. In Paraguay, Debbie was heavily involved in rural church planting and children's ministry. While there she spent an extensive amount of time with children and also discovered her passion for photography. She returned to New Hampshire, married Rob in 1993, and has stayed active in children's ministries throughout the years. Magnes was born in Merrimack New Hampshire and lived in Derry New Hampshire until, at the age of 10, he moved to Westbrook Maine. Logan grew up in Salem, Illinois playing sports and loving music & singing. On the road to receiving his Bachelors in Worship Ministry from Lincoln Christian University, he served for three years as the part-time Worship Minister at Mt Pulaski Christian Church in Illinois. While at Lincoln, Logan met and fell in love with Tori. They married in July 2016 and moved to New Hampshire in August 2016 for Logan’s semester-long internship with Crossway’s Worship Arts Ministry. Prior to having a family, Deb was an elementary school teacher & then a copy editor for a high tech firm. Born in Chapel Hill NC and raised in Oak Ridge TN, Dave attended the University of Michigan on an ROTC scholarship, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. While stationed with the U.S. Army at Ft. Benjamin Harrison in Indianapolis, Dave came to faith in Christ & was baptized at East 91st Street Christian Church. Feeling God’s call to full time ministry, he began seminary at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Illinois the same month he finished his 4-year army obligation. In the years since receiving his Master of Divinity, Dave has served with several churches & ministries in outreach, missions, church planting, church leadership & church development. Most notably, he is the church planter of Crossway and served as our senior minister for 5 years. Dave & his wife, Nancy, never lost their passion for the northeast and feel blessed beyond measure to return to serve with their church family at Crossway. They love spending time with their children – Katie & her husband Justin, Joshua & his wife Katie, and Amy. Dave also loves to spend time with God and others outdoors. Adam was born in central Illinois, but grew up in South-Eastern Wisconsin (Kenosha), after his father got a job in northern Illinois in 2001. In 2008 he attended Milligan College, graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Bible, with emphases in Youth Ministry and Pastoral Ministry as well as minoring in Mathematics, Bible Greek, and Humanities. Upon retiring from Northrop Grumman in Connecticut in 2008, Kim and his wife Julia moved to New Hampshire to be nearer to family. They have four married daughters and seven grandchildren. Kim and Julia began attending Crossway in 2008 and in 2009 Kim joined the staff as a volunteer facilities and maintenance person reporting to Pastor Ron. It should be noted that Kim grew up in Katonah, New York and continues to be a loyal Yankees and Giants fan despite Pastor Ron’s occasional needling. With the growth of Crossway and the addition of staff, Kim now reports to Nathan Andris. In his spare time Kim enjoys traveling, vegetable gardening and playing golf.

Raised in northern New Jersey, Paul met his wife Gael in Boston while serving in the military. They established their home in New England where Paul worked at BTU Engineering as Quality Assurance Director/ Chief Quality Officer for 23 years. Paul felt led to full time ministry and joined the staff of Vision New England (formally The Evangelistic Association of New England). While on staff at Vision New England he served part time as Chaplain at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. Eventually, Paul took a full time position with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center as Chaplain and on staff of the Behavioral Health Unit. In 2012, Paul retired from his full time position, but continues working part time as Chaplain. Paul & Gael have attended Crossway since it began in 1995, joyfully serving wherever they are called. Mark and his wife Nancy grew up in the midwest but have lived in Nashua since 1988. They were excited to be at Crossway when it launched in 1995. Mark and Nancy are active in Kidsway: Downtown, as well as the Jobs for Life program. Mark has worked in Pharmaceutical R&D throughout his career and currently consults for a number of companies in the Boston area. Mark and Nancy enjoy spending time with their family - Michael & Casey, Nathan & Rachelle and Laura & Travis. In their spare time together, they like to travel or get outdoors - biking, swimming, snowshoeing and gardening.

Raised in Texas, Andrew met his wife Rachel halfway around the world while singing and playing guitar on a street corner in Vienna, Austria. Members of Crossway since 2007 and parents to 7 children, they have served in KidsWay, in Student Ministry and in Small Groups. Professionally, Andrew helped build a financial education company both as an instructor working with clients as well as a senior executive working with leadership of the company. He is now an independent investor with his favorite job being that of ‘Daddy.’ His passion in ministry is helping people realize that the best reason to be a Christian is because it is true. 1 Peter 3:15
